Introduction:
Thank you for visiting us here at Noble Web Design, my name is Lisa, together with my sister Lana we have decided to help others with their websites, after we went through our turmoil with a designer (see Why Web Design section for details) we wanted to help others, so we made our rates affordable, and we learned many things and we enjoy creating new sites.
Here at Noble Web Design we will help you to create the perfect website to aid in the promotion of your home or business.
We can make many types of animated or still graphics, which would be custom makes for your own site for its originality, Which we do not charge extra for like our competitors, we also can put frames on your pictures which most are customs, I do have some that I have in my vault of tubes. Below you will see our prices, you will be gently suprised!
We will do remodeling to your current site, create you a banner if you wish at no additional charge, and do our updates and maintenance regularly so your site is always current.
Hosting:
Hosting is where your site is located on the web. You have to have a hosting account for your web site to show up. It's kind of like renting a stall for your horse to go in. We can help you find the right host for you, currently we do not offer hosting from Noble Web Design.

Why Web Design?
We started out having a web site created for us, we did all the work to get the materials together and a lady we knew put it all into html code and up it went...that was so awesome we were forever in her debt...boy were we, not more than 10 months had past and she decided she wanted us to pay for our sites, she then stole my domain which we paid for she impersonated a lawyer trying to get money from us, we ended up hiring a lawyer and decided that we had to learn how to do this stuff, we were not able to pay her and in the beginning she just wanted us to drum her some business, which we did...(my sister also got her to build her site). Since we learned how to do webdesign my sister and I decided that we would start helping other people, so they would not end up like we did. So now you know the Why!
Payment:
We require 50% of the design fee as a down payment before we start working on your site. The balance is payable when the site has been completed. Alternative payment options can be negotiated on a per job basis. We accept money orders/Cashiers Cheques, and take all major credit cards through Paypal.
