Coin's Hard Cash was foaled May 18, 1982, He is by Prides Gold Coin (Pride Of Midnight H.F. x Delight's Joanna) and out of Prides Donna (Pride Of Midnight H.F. x Sun's Pretty Donna)

Coin's Hard Cash had many wins to his name, he gererated a great deal of excitement by winning the two-year-old stallions class along with the two-year-old stake class in 1984.

Coin's Hard Cash continued with his winning streak through 1984 - 1987, he was named three-year-old, four-year-old and five-year-old World Grand Championship titles and was garnered the titles of Walking Horse Trainers' Association "three" and four year old horse of the year for each of these victories.
